Welcome to the Siesta Studio! Located on the 6th floor at Top of the Gulf in Panama City Beach, Florida. This newly remodeled condo offers floor to ceilings views of the Gulf of Mexico, 1 king bed, and 2 bunks (sleeps 4). The kitchen has full size stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and fully stocked with all your needed cookware. Wifi tv in living area and in bunks. The Bathroom has been expanded for a more comfortable setting. The fitness center is on the 3rd floor and community laundry located on every other floor. There is laundry on the 6th floor by the elevator. The unit is conveniently located close to the elevator and the shared balconies. Pool, kiddie pool, pinic area, snack bar(seasonal), and grills.

Picture of licenses and rental agreement signatures required. Please review rental agreement example before booking. You will receive an email at time of booking to sign your rental agreement.

Please note that this resort has a one time cash only $20 resort fee that is due upon arrival at the front desk. This covers 1 car parking pass and 4 wristbands for your group. The resort requires wristbands be worn at all times to ensure everyone on the property is a resort guest.

A starter package of amenities is provided. Renter must provided any amenities needed beyond what is initially provided.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $80.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
