Wake up to gulf views from the master bedroom, or enjoy your coffee on the spacious balcony. There are 2 other large bedrooms. One is set with a queen bed, the other is set with 2 full beds.
Resort amenities include: Pool, Hot tub, and Gym!
Parking Passes - $30 a stay. Your booking includes 1 pass. Please let host know at time of booking how many car passes you will need. 3 total are allowed.
The Resort HOA notes “Failure to have your pass when you arrive could result in an additional charge per vehicle of $35 and delay of entry.”

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $80.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
